Words don't leave us once we learn them.
They become part of how we see.

A Note from the Author

I am a lawyer by profession. This book began during a sabbatical, a time when my husband, Sahil, and my mother, Sangita, encouraged me to finally complete a project I had long wanted to pursue but never found time for.

I always wanted to write a book and dedicate it to my father, Mr. Dharam Veer. He is a voracious reader and was the first person who taught me the quiet habit of finding a corner and sitting with a book. My earliest introduction to reading came through word search books and encyclopaedias. If I showed interest in a book, he would get visibly excited, regardless of the price, and make sure it found its way into my hands. Looking back, that enthusiasm mattered more than the books themselves.

Over time, I began to notice the difference between people who read regularly and those who do not, and even between those who read more than I do and those who read less. Language shapes how clearly we think, speak, and understand the world.

Being a lawyer further reinforced this belief. The profession instilled in me the discipline of using the right word and of searching for the precise word when one is missing. Somewhere along the way, it clicked that word search books, when paired with meaningful concepts, were missing from the market. The world is changing rapidly, and trying to catch up only after formal education often feels late. Early exposure to words makes it easier to engage with new ideas later.

This book is an attempt to bridge that gap, to quietly familiarise young minds with words and concepts that shape the present and the future, allowing curiosity to do the rest. If you have any feedback or would like to connect, you can write to me at advsapna06@gmail.com

Thank you for sitting with this book.
